T. Phillips Mobile Home Supply is a local, family-owned business, providing top-class mobile home supplies to the residents of Middleburg and surrounding areas. We truly value our customers, thereby offering the lowest prices.

Our History

For almost 10 years, the Phillips family owned and operated a company specializing in remodeling and repairing of mobile homes. In those years, not only did we learn all about the parts needed to repair mobile homes, but we also learned that such parts were hard to find. We often had to drive miles to get the right materials.
 
There were only a few local stores that had a limited selection available at premium prices. It only made us wish for someone to open a store that specialized in mobile home parts around here. Then, we decided to become that someone and opened our store in July 2017.
